Challenger students with kindness week signThis year, Challenger Elementary, along with over 4,000 other schools nation-wide, participated in The Great Kindness Challenge. We took a week to focus on working together to show kindness to all! To help us get started, we had a list of 50 different challenges to complete throughout our week. The fifth grade students played a special role, and were a great help during the week. One of the most visible tasks that the fifth graders were responsible for was the Chain of Kindness that is on display along the walls of the cafeteria. We formed this chain link by link. The links were passed out when a student was caught in the act of kindness. This week served as a good reminder to us all, that even the smallest act of kindness goes a long way!
